Loyal Protect enters bankruptcy in Zrenjanin

The Commercial Court in Zrenjanin has issued a decision to open bankruptcy proceedings for the company Loyal Protect doo, which is currently in liquidation. The motion for bankruptcy was filed by the debtor itself on August 19.

According to court documents, the company holds only 110,939 dinars in its account while facing total obligations exceeding 1.68 million dinars. The firm stated it possesses no assets from which it could settle its due debts. Documentation indicates unpaid obligations of 149,811 dinars, alongside a non-finalized claim for damages and reported debt amounting to 1,535,855 dinars.

Dragan Božić has been appointed as the bankruptcy administrator. Creditors have been summoned to report their secured and unsecured claims within 90 days. The first creditors' hearing is scheduled for September 29, with a subsequent hearing to examine claims set for December 29. Loyal Protect has been operating since January 2008, primarily focusing on business and management consultancy activities.
