LPBank Securities plans 1,000 billion VND private bond issuance

LPBank Securities (LPS) has approved a plan for its first private bond issuance of 2026, aiming to raise 1,000 billion VND. The bonds will have a one-year maturity, a par value of 100 million VND each, and will be non-convertible, without warrants or collateral. The offering is intended for professional institutional investors and will be registered with the Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) and traded on the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX).

In the first half of 2026, the company reported significant growth, with operating revenue reaching 2,717 billion VND and profit after tax exceeding 574 billion VND. This represents a substantial increase compared to the same period last year. As of June 30, 2026, total assets stood at 38,088 billion VND, a 27.3% increase from the beginning of the year, while lending debt reached approximately 13,738 billion VND.

The company also recently underwent a name change to LPS Securities following its listing on the HoSE exchange. LPS has set annual targets for 2026 of 3,800 billion VND in revenue and 1,360 billion VND in profit after tax.
