LPBank Securities shares hit ceiling price amid high liquidity

Shares of LPBank Securities (LPBS) experienced a sharp recovery on September 8, hitting the daily ceiling price of 24,550 VND per share with high liquidity. This surge follows a period of decline since its listing on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HoSE), where it debuted at a reference price of 30,000 VND.

The price spike significantly increased the market value of shares held by the two children of Mr. Nguyen Duc Thuy. Nguyen Ngoc My Anh (born 2001) and Nguyen Xuan Thai (born 2003) each hold 190.02 million LPS shares, representing approximately 13.49% of the company's capital each. During the first two hours of the trading session, the market value of their combined holdings increased by more than 600 billion VND.
