LPBank warns of fraudulent impersonation scams

LPBank (Loc Phat Commercial Joint Stock Bank) has issued a warning regarding fraudulent activities where unauthorized individuals use the bank’s name, images, and brand to target customers. These scammers are reportedly offering savings programs with unusually high interest rates to deceive people.

The bank clarified that all its products, services, and programs are implemented according to legal regulations and communicated through official channels. LPBank stated it has not authorized any individuals or organizations to use its brand to promote unannounced programs.

To protect themselves, customers are advised not to transfer money to accounts suggested by unauthorized parties and to avoid providing personal information, account details, passwords, or OTP codes. Additionally, customers should refrain from clicking suspicious links or joining unverified social media groups. LPBank recommends verifying all interest rates and promotional information through its official website, official fanpage, branch network, or its 24/7 hotline.
