LPBank wins Vietnam Digital Award for Lumi AI call center

LPBank has been honored at the Vietnam Digital Awards (VDA) for its Lumi AI solution. The award recognizes the bank's successful application of artificial intelligence and real-time data exploitation to enhance customer service.

Lumi functions as a 24/7 AI assistant capable of supporting multiple channels, including voice and non-voice interactions. The system can automate tasks such as information lookup, card locking, and password resets. A key feature of the technology is its ability to identify customer issues in under 10 seconds by analyzing transaction data, usage behavior, and interaction history.

The platform aims to move toward a ‘Zero Description Service’ model, where the technology proactively understands context and predicts needs, reducing the need for customers to manually describe their problems.
