LPP Logistics Opens New 56,000 sqm Distribution Center in Romania

LPP Logistics inaugurated a 56,000‑square‑metre distribution centre near Bucharest, Romania. The facility now supplies LPP Group retail outlets in Romania, Bulgaria and Greece, handling about 35 million items and supporting more than 450 stores. The centre was built within a year after a fire damaged the previous warehouse and incorporates eco‑friendly systems such as grey‑water recycling, oil‑separation, LED lighting and natural daylight, aiming for BREEAM Outstanding certification.

CEO Sebastian Sołtys said the new hub is designed for future growth, with plans to double its capacity by early 2027 to serve up to 900 stores and increase staff beyond 300 employees. The expansion is intended to strengthen the supply chain for the group’s brands, especially the Sinsay label.
