LPS Securities to invest 123 billion VND in Sacom Life

LPS Securities Joint Stock Company (LPS) has approved a transaction with Sacom Life Joint Stock Company with a maximum investment value of nearly 123 billion VND. The investment includes stock transactions and the transfer of convertible bond purchase rights from Sacom Life. The deal is expected to be completed by October 6.

Sacom Life is a relatively new entity in the life insurance market, having recently rebranded from LP Life following approval from the Ministry of Finance. This transaction highlights growing ties between the financial ecosystems of LPBank and Sacombank. LPS Securities was formerly known as LPBank Securities (LPBS), and Sacom Life is expected to utilize distribution channels through both LPBank and Sacombank. This follows a comprehensive cooperation agreement signed between Sacombank and LPBank Securities in June 2026 to expand collaboration in banking, securities, and asset management.
