LRG to acquire Henry Adams estate agency

LRG has announced the acquisition of Henry Adams, a long-established estate agency operating across Sussex, Surrey, and Hampshire. The deal, which is expected to complete on September 1, includes the sales, lettings, and holiday cottages businesses.

Henry Adams will continue to operate under its existing name, maintaining its regional identity and local leadership. Ian Wiggett will remain as Managing Director, and Gareth Overton will continue as Head of Residential Sales. The acquisition aims to provide Henry Adams with increased access to LRG’s investment, technology, and resources to support future growth.

Certain divisions, including Henry Adams Fine Art, Land and Planning, Rural, Valuations, and Commercial, are not part of this acquisition and will remain separate from LRG.
