LÖSEV foundation cleared in official audit report

A recent audit by the Chief Inspectors of the General Directorate of Foundations under the Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism has confirmed that the Leukemia Children Health and Education Foundation (LÖSEV) is operating in full compliance with its charter. The report indicates that the foundation's 2024 activities align with its stated goals, with revenues primarily directed toward the health, education, and social needs of leukemia patients and cancer patients.

The audit highlighted that LÖSEV maintains low administrative and maintenance costs relative to its total expenditures, ensuring that the majority of resources are allocated to direct patient support. Furthermore, an evaluation conducted under the MASAK (Financial Crimes Investigation Board) guidelines categorized the foundation as ‘risk-free’ regarding its provision of in-kind and cash assistance, treatment support, and rehabilitation services.

Dr. Üstün Ezer, Chairman of the LÖSANTE Board of Directors, expressed gratitude to donors following the report, noting that the foundation continues to operate under principles of transparency and accountability.
