László Toroczkai addresses Mi Hazánk Mozgalom congress in Budapest

At the Mi Hazánk Mozgalom congress in Budapest, party leader László Toroczkai addressed approximately 300 delegates, positioning his party as the only political force in parliament addressing the fundamental questions facing Hungary and the world.

Toroczkai criticized the Fidesz party, claiming its name is perceived as “unacceptable” by modern youth, whereas Mi Hazánk is viewed as “cool and trendy” among the youngest Hungarians. He identified several global and domestic threats, including rapid technological advancement and the rise of artificial intelligence, suggesting AI could potentially replace immigrant labor with robotics.

Regarding economic and environmental issues, Toroczkai cited Hungary’s water scarcity and the energy crisis as major concerns, blaming the “political elite” for inaction. He attributed rising inflation and declining living standards to the war and accused the European Union of fueling the conflict in Ukraine, which he claimed leads to attacks on Russian energy infrastructure and higher global prices. He concluded by calling for sovereign strength to oppose what he described as a “globalist plan” and advocated for the values of “God, nation, and family.”
