LTM teams with Glean and launches Microsoft 365 Copilot for 140,000 workers
LTM, the technology and consulting arm of the Larsen & Toubro Group, announced a strategic partnership with enterprise‑AI platform Glean. The collaboration combines LTM’s BlueVerse agentic AI ecosystem with Glean’s knowledge graph and AI‑powered search to help large, regulated organisations such as banks, insurers and manufacturers consolidate fragmented enterprise data and accelerate AI adoption across functions.
In a parallel effort, LTM is deploying Microsoft 365 Copilot across the L&T Group, covering roughly 140,000 employees. The rollout is aimed at boosting productivity, speeding issue resolution and improving customer outcomes. LTM reports that its internal AI assistant, RAIma, has already raised IT and HR query‑resolution rates by 70 % and lifted employee engagement by 15 %. The deployment includes a governance framework for security, privacy and ethical use, and is supported by a network of more than 1,300 AI experts.
Both initiatives are positioned as part of LTM’s broader ambition to move from AI pilots to enterprise‑wide, responsible AI operations.
