Luan Muça addresses confrontation with Vasil Bedinaj

Businessman Luan Muça has released a statement regarding a recent confrontation with businessman Vasil Bedinaj in Radhimë, denying allegations that he imposed a 5,000 euro fine on Bedinaj. Muça claims the incident stems from a long-standing property dispute in Palasa.

According to Muça, he attended a meeting at the Rexhina Palm hotel in Orikum to resolve the matter. He alleges that the situation escalated when Bedinaj called armed individuals, who then reportedly fired shots toward Muça and his companions as they were leaving. Muça has called on the State Police to investigate the incident and identify those responsible.

Muça detailed his investment history in Palasa, noting that since 2019, he has acquired 97,000 square meters of land and obtained strategic investor status. He claims the conflict arose after discovering that construction permits were being issued for land he had already purchased for a planned international five-star hotel project.
