Luana Piovani confronts neighbor in Portugal over unleashed dog

Brazilian actress Luana Piovani was involved in a confrontation with a neighbor in Portugal after observing a woman walking a German Shepherd without a leash. Piovani recorded the encounter and shared it on Instagram, arguing that the lack of a guide was a violation of local laws and expressed concerns for the safety of her own dog.

During the dispute, Piovani stated, “It is very absurd for you to walk with a German Shepherd without a guide. It is not normal, first because it is the law, second because I have a dog and I feel insecure.” She further criticized the neighbor's behavior, calling it “the pure juice of Portuguese stupidity.” Piovani has resided in Portugal for approximately seven years.
