Luar na Lubre to perform free concert in Nigrán

Luar na Lubre Chandefolk Galician folk music Nigrán 40th anniversary tour

The municipality of Nigrán will host a free concert by the internationally recognized Galician folk group Luar na Lubre as part of the Chandefolk festival. The event is scheduled for Saturday, August 29, at the Chandebrito grove, starting at 21:30.

The performance is part of the band’s 40th anniversary tour and the +Música program of the Diputación de Pontevedra. Luar na Lubre, formed in 1986, has performed in over 35 countries and sold more than 350,000 copies of their music. The group will be preceded by the Pandereteiras do Sobreiro, starting at 21:00.

To ensure inclusivity, the event will provide vibrating backpacks for deaf attendees upon prior request via email or WhatsApp.
