Lubartow hosts sprint finish of Tour de Pologne Women stage
The women's Tour de Pologne covered a 118‑kilometre flat stage from Włodawa to Lubartów, ending with a high‑speed sprint finish in the town centre. The race, part of the UCI ProSeries, attracted top WorldTeams and showcased the region’s cycling tradition.
Czesław Lang, director of the Tour de Pologne, presented the podium alongside Lubartów mayor Krzysztof Paśnik and colleague Janusz Pożak. After the ceremony, equipment trucks were cleared and traffic in the centre returned to normal.
The stage is the fourth edition of the women's Tour de Pologne and will conclude on 26 July in Lublin, where the overall winner will be crowned.
