Lubbock Police Offer $6,000 Rewards for Information on Two Missing Registered Sex Offenders

The subjects are 69‑year‑old Lonnie O'Neal, whose last known address was on 53rd Street, and 23‑year‑old Markee Toliver, who was previously convicted in 2012 of forcing an underage girl into prostitution and forced labor.
