Lubelszczyzna wine production expands in Poland

The wine industry in Poland is expanding, with new regions emerging in the Lubelszczyzna area. Winemaker Kamil Barczentewicz is developing a vineyard near Kazimierz Dolny, integrating his crops into the local landscape.

Barczentewicz emphasizes that while technology and AI can measure chemical parameters like acidity and sugar levels, the core of winemaking relies on human intuition, taste, and the ability to observe fruit ripening. His project includes architectural elements designed to harmonize with the surrounding hop-growing environment.
