Poland hosts Team Speedway World Cup final at PGE Narodowy

Poland is preparing to host the Team Speedway World Cup final at the PGE Narodowy stadium in Warsaw. The event marks the return of this format after a three-year hiatus. The Polish national team, led by captain Bartosz Zmarzlik, will compete against strong opponents including Denmark, Australia, and Great Britain.

In preparation for the main event, Polish junior riders recently conducted track tests at the stadium. Team I, featuring riders from Gezet Stal Gorzów, performed best during these trials. The upcoming final is notable as it will be held on a temporary track layout.

Other regional sporting events in Poland include the Elnaft European 250cc Pairs Speedway Championship in Gdańsk, where Poland seeks to defend its title, and the Polish Men's Unihockey Cup in Lublin. Additionally, Lubin is set to host the final of the 'Nie Pompujesz – Nie Jedziesz' pumptrack series, featuring international talent such as Brajan Nowak.
