Lublin Equality March route announced for October 17

The Equality March is scheduled to take place in Lublin on Saturday, October 17. This year’s event is held under the slogan “Wolne z wolnymi. Równe z równymi” (Free with the free. Equal with the equal), referencing the historical Union of Lublin and the city's tradition of dialogue and tolerance.

The march will follow a new loop through the city center, starting between 14:30 and 15:00 at the square in front of the Lublin Culture Center on Peowiaków 12 Street. The route will proceed through Hugo Kołłątaj Street, Zesłańców Sybiru Street, Krakowskie Przedmieście, Lipowa Street, and Gabriela Narutowicza Street, before returning to the starting point.

Due to the procession, drivers and public transport passengers should expect temporary traffic disruptions in the city center, specifically at the intersections of Krakowskie Przedmieście with Lipowa and Narutowicza streets. Detailed detour information for buses and trolleybuses is expected to be released by the Municipal Road and Transport Authority closer to the event.
