Lublin police arrest man for suspected barn arson

A 46-year-old man has been arrested and placed in temporary detention for three months following the suspected arson of a wooden barn in the Lublin Voivodeship. The incident occurred over the previous weekend, and investigators believe the fire was intentionally set.

The suspect, who is the son-in-law of the property owner, also faces charges for making criminal threats against his wife. The arrest follows reports of a family conflict in which the man had allegedly threatened his father-in-law a day prior to the fire. He faces up to five years in prison.
