Polish towns launch multiple sports infrastructure projects

Municipalities across Poland are advancing a series of sports‑facility projects. The Gmina of Jedlicze signed a contract to prepare design documentation for a roof over its ice rink and tennis court, with completion of the paperwork slated for December 2026. In Wrocław, a new multifunctional complex on Zakrzowie street is being tendered; the 19 million zł investment will add an energy‑efficient changing‑room building, accessible facilities, solar panels and rain‑water collection, with construction expected to take about 16 months. The Gmina of Radzyń Podlaski will receive roughly 3.12 million zł from a regional programme to modernise five community houses, improving energy efficiency and comfort. Rawicz’s council signed a 2.4 million zł agreement with the Ministry of Sport and Tourism to build a full‑size football pitch, targeting completion by the end of 2027. Wysokie secured over 6.1 million zł for a new recreational park featuring an educational‑musical garden, rope park, playgrounds and visitor amenities. Finally, Lublin’s municipal sports centre selected TEXOM S.A. as the contractor for rebuilding its speedway stadium; the 232.3 million zł “design‑and‑build” contract aims to deliver a modern, multi‑purpose arena by 2028.
