Luca Barbareschi reflects on 70-year life of multiple relationships

Italian actor, director and producer Luca Barbareschi celebrated his 70th birthday with an extensive interview in which he recounted a highly active romantic life. He admitted to having as many as eight women simultaneously, keeping a "map" of partners in cities such as Paris, London and New York. Barbareschi said he has no regrets about his past but acknowledges some remorse, especially regarding a separation from his third‑wife while she was pregnant.

He discussed his three marriages – to Patrizia Fachini, Elena Monorchio and a brief liaison with Lucrezia Lante Della Rovere – and the children from those unions. He also disclosed that he now sees a woman in her fifties, describing her as elegant and affectionate, while noting the practical limits of his energy at his age.
