Luca Capasso to present new essay on AI and the future of work in Trani

Luca Capasso will present his new essay, ‘Il Paradosso dell’Idraulico – Come l’IA sta ridisegnando lavoro, identità e futuro’, at the Palazzo delle Arti Beltrani in Trani on September 4.

The book examines how artificial intelligence is reshaping professional paths and social structures. Capasso explores the paradox where automation, once thought to target only repetitive tasks, now impacts complex roles such as coding and medical diagnostics, while certain manual and artisanal trades remain more resistant to algorithmic replacement.

The work aims to provide insights for families and young people regarding the collision between traditional educational expectations and the technological transformation of the labor market.
