Luca Csíkos rejoins Hungarian national handball team

Hungarian handball talent Luca Csíkos has rejoined the Hungarian national team following a period of development in the German Bundesliga. Csíkos is currently on loan from Jesper Jensen’s FTC to Thüringer HC, marking her first professional experience playing abroad.

Csíkos has noted that the professional life in Germany differs significantly from her previous experiences, particularly regarding the physical demands of the Bundesliga. The loan is intended to provide her with regular playing time to prepare for a potential future role at FTC.

Her return to the national squad comes ahead of a major test in the EHF Euro Cup Final4 in Bucharest, where Hungary is scheduled to face Norway in the semifinals.
