Luca Dal Fabbro appointed Confservizi president as Terna reports €1.5 bn first‑half 2026 investments
Luca Dal Fabbro, executive president of Iren and chairman of Utilitalia, has been elected president of Confservizi, the federation that represents around 600 public‑service companies in Italy. He succeeds Francesco Macrì after an unanimous vote by the confederation’s assembly and outlined a strategy focused on ecological transition, digitalisation and industrial‑scale investment.
Meanwhile, Italy’s grid operator Terna announced its six‑month 2026 financial results, showing revenues of €2.1 bn and a net profit of €591 million. The company accelerated capital spending, investing more than €1.58 bn in infrastructure to support decarbonisation, energy independence and digital transformation of the power system.
