Kinéo Awards honor Faye Dunaway and Luca Tommassini in Venice

The 25th edition of the Kinéo Awards, held alongside the 83rd Venice International Film Festival, honored several prominent figures in cinema and entertainment. Legendary actress Faye Dunaway received the Lifetime Achievement Award, celebrating her decades-long career including iconic roles in ‘Bonnie and Clyde’ and ‘Network’.

Choreographer and artistic director Luca Tommassini was recognized with the award for Best Choreography for his work on ‘The Devil Wears Prada 2’. The ceremony also introduced a new category dedicated to behind-the-scenes professionals. Other notable recipients included Nicola Peltz Beckham, who received the Rising Star Award, and actor Alp Navruz, who won Best International Actor.

In addition to individual accolades, the event highlighted social impact through the ‘Lights! Camera! Impact!’ session organized by The Human Safety Net. This session, held in partnership with the Van Leer Foundation, focused on the importance of diverse storytelling regarding parenting and early childhood experiences.
