Luca Williams-Barnett attracts transfer interest from Manchester United

Tottenham Hotspur academy prospect Luca Williams-Barnett has drawn interest from major clubs, including Manchester United, amid growing speculation regarding his future. The 18-year-old winger and offensive midfielder has been identified as a standout talent, recently appearing in the club’s first-team squad photograph for the 2026-27 season.

Tottenham manager Roberto De Zerbi has praised the youngster, describing him as a “special player” with a “special personality” that combines self-belief with humility. De Zerbi noted that while Williams-Barnett has the potential to be a top-level player, the club is managing his development carefully due to his age.

Williams-Barnett, an England youth international, has demonstrated versatility across the attack and has recently performed well for the Under-19 national team. Tottenham is reportedly working to secure his future through contract discussions to ward off interest from across Europe.
