Lucas Delsasso completes 80km Kennedymars walk before internship

Lucas Delsasso, a 21-year-old from Kaatsheuvel, completed the 80-kilometer Kennedymars walking event despite challenging weather conditions and significant physical hardship. After finishing the trek on Sunday, which he described as one of the most difficult experiences of his life due to heavy rain and severe blistering on his feet, Delsasso reported for his internship at RKC Waalwijk the very next morning.

Despite experiencing muscle soreness and difficulty walking, Delsasso attended his internship at the Mandemakers Stadion. He noted that while the rain made this year's event more intense than his previous participation, he managed to complete the distance by using wool to protect his blistered feet during the final kilometers. Following the event, he joked that he intends to watch next year's walk from the sidelines instead of participating.
