Lucas do Rio Verde hosts Desafio Agro MTB Prova do Sorgo

More than 200 cyclists participated in the Prova do Sorgo, the third stage of the Desafio Agro MTB, held in Lucas do Rio Verde. The competition featured a 45 km course consisting of both dirt roads and asphalt.

As the penultimate stage of the championship, the event carries significant weight for the overall standings. Points earned will be added to previous results, influencing the final title race to be decided in the upcoming Prova Soja. The event is organized by the Lucas do Rio Verde City Hall through the Secretariat of Sport and Leisure and follows the standards of the Brazilian Cycling Confederation (CBC).

Cyclist Gelinho won the stage, completing the course in 1 hour and 23 minutes. Local officials noted the event's growth and its role in promoting health and physical activity within the community.
