Lucas do Rio Verde offers free professional and entrepreneurship courses

The municipality of Lucas do Rio Verde is offering several free professional development and entrepreneurship opportunities for local residents and business owners.

A free hand and foot beautification course is being provided through a partnership between the Municipal Secretariat of Social Assistance and Housing and Senac. The 80-hour program offers 15 vacancies for individuals aged 16 or older with at least an incomplete elementary education. Classes are scheduled to run from September 2 through October 9, 2026, during evening hours at various Cras locations.

Additionally, the Empretec program, a global business development experience, will be held from October 5 to 9, 2026. This initiative is a collaboration between the local government and Sebrae Mato Grosso. The program is designed for entrepreneurs with a CNPJ, including MEI, micro-enterprises, and small businesses. Due to limited availability, interested participants must undergo a selection interview.
