Lucas Gentil appointed General Superintendent of TV Gazeta

The Fundação Cásper Líbero has officially appointed Lucas Gentil as the General Superintendent of TV Gazeta. Gentil, who has served in an interim capacity since early September, aims to diversify the network's portfolio by strengthening its pillars of journalism, sports, and entertainment.

Looking toward 2027, Gentil plans to develop integrated projects that connect the television station with radio, digital platforms, and the foundation's college. He intends to continue the visual and programming renewal process initiated last year, which has already contributed to more competitive audience ratings.

Gentil brings extensive experience in Brazilian broadcast television, having previously held artistic supervision roles at SBT and directed major programs such as ‘Casa dos Artistas’, ‘Idolos’, and ‘Bake Off Brasil’.
