Lucas Pinheiro Braathen sets new goals following Olympic gold

Olympic gold medalist Lucas Pinheiro Braathen has outlined his objectives for the upcoming alpine skiing season following his historic victory in Milano-Cortina. The Brazilian skier aims to secure a medal at the World Championships and take the overall lead in the World Cup.

To prepare for the international season, which begins in late October in Austria, Braathen will undergo a training cycle in Chile, marking a shift from his traditional training in the European mountains.

Beyond competition, Braathen is focusing on brand development and professional management. Supported by a nine-person team including marketing, technical, and medical specialists, he is leveraging his platform through partnerships with Red Bull and the development of his cosmetics brand, Octo, to promote Brazil globally.
