Lucas Selfie leaves Record after five years

Presenter Lucas Selfie has announced his departure from the Brazilian broadcaster Record after five years. The decision, described as being by “common agreement” between the presenter and the network, marks the end of his involvement with the station’s reality show digital division.

During his tenure, Selfie was responsible for hosting digital segments such as the “Cabine de Descompressão” and “Live do Eliminado” for major reality programs, including “A Fazenda”, “Power Couple”, and “A Grande Conquista”.

Selfie stated that he is seeking new challenges and intends to focus on his own creative projects, such as “Trampo Zika”, after feeling he had fulfilled his mission with the network’s reality programming.
