Lucas Vidal Podestá, a 28-year-old lawyer from Salta, Argentina, has gained significant social media attention for his traditional style of dress and speech. Known by friends as ‘the old boy,’ Podestá frequently wears formal suits or traditional rural attire, such as ponchos and hats, while using classical vocabulary.

Podestá, who serves as the president of the Ateneo of the Sociedad Rural Argentina until 2027, views his viral status as an opportunity to highlight the work being done by youth groups within the Argentine agricultural sector.
