Lucca Municipality and Lucchese Football Club Commit to New Stadium Project

Mayor Mario Pardini and deputy mayor Fabio Barsanti met with Lucchese president Matteo Brunori at the club’s training camp in Castelnuovo Garfagnana. The officials announced a joint commitment to build a modern stadium for Lucca, citing allocated resources and the completed “torri faro” project as evidence of municipal investment in sport.

A press conference is planned for after the August holidays to review progress and outline next steps. Both sides emphasized shared objectives, stating that collaboration will ensure the stadium meets the city’s historical legacy and future ambitions.
