Dominik Mysterio Teams with Omos and Dorian Roldán at AAA

During the first night of AAA Verano de Escándalo on July 25, 2026, held at Arena San Marcos in Aguascalientes, Mexico, AAA Mega Champion Dominik Mysterio formed a new faction with Omos and promotion executive Dorian Roldán. After a tag‑team match against Los Perros del Mal, Dominik abandoned his partner El Grande Americano, allowing the Perros to win. The alliance was confirmed onstage when the three shook hands as Rey Mysterio, AAA’s General Manager, attempted an announcement but was interrupted by Omos and Roldán. Roldán demanded that Omos be awarded the vacant AAA Latin American Championship, blaming Rey for sending El Hijo del Vikingo to the United States where he suffered an ACL injury; Rey refused. Separate highlights from the event included La Hiedra and Laredo Kid winning the AAA World Mixed Tag Team Championship from Lola Vice and Mr. Iguana, Rey Fénix defending the Cruiserweight title against Mini Vikingo, and other title matches scheduled for forthcoming Triplemanía 34.
