Luchasaurus provides injury update after fourth surgery of 2026
AEW wrestler Luchasaurus has provided an update on his recovery following his fourth surgery of 2026. The athlete, who has been sidelined from in-ring competition since December, is currently recovering from procedures involving both rotator cuffs, his left meniscus, and his right elbow.
Luchasaurus noted that because the shoulder surgeries involved tendons, there is a mandatory six-month recovery period. He expects to be cleared to begin exploring a potential comeback around the end of October, provided the healing process remains on track.
While unable to compete, he has made brief appearances on television, such as appearing as a bus driver for Jack Perry. He will miss the upcoming AEW All In event in London to focus on his rehabilitation.
