Lucia Ilardo Returns to Milan After Ending Relationship with Renato Biancardi

After the 2026 edition of Italy's reality show Grande Fratello Vip, media outlets reported that former contestants Lucia Ilardo and Renato Biancardi may have ended their romance. Ilardo posted that she was leaving Naples after three weeks to return to Milan and subsequently deleted her X (formerly Twitter) profile, actions fans interpreted as confirmation of a breakup.

In an interview Ilardo described the relationship as a "situazione delicata" (delicate situation) and initially denied a final split, but her Instagram stories showed her back in Milan. Neither Ilardo nor Biancardi have issued an official statement confirming the end of their relationship.
