Lucia Roche Estate opens in Pokolbin

Chef Jack Zideluns has launched Lucia Roche Estate, a new restaurant and bar located in Pokolbin within the Hunter Valley. Occupying the former Goldfish Bar & Restaurant site, the venue offers a flexible all-day menu including lunch, dinner, and drinks.

Zideluns, whose culinary background includes experience at Merivale, Society, the Boathouse Group, and London’s Savoy Grill, focuses on a menu featuring fresh, local ingredients and shared dishes. The dining experience is designed around a stone-fired oven and emphasizes a communal atmosphere using local produce and regional wines.
