Luciano Barbosa confirms vote for Renan Filho in Alagoas elections

Luciano Barbosa, the mayor of Arapiraca, confirmed his vote for Renan Filho in the first round of the 2026 elections for the Government of Alagoas. Barbosa stated that his decision was based on an evaluation of Renan Filho’s eight years of previous management in the state.

Barbosa emphasized the importance of democracy and the need for elected officials to govern for the entire population, regardless of political affiliations. He also noted the candidacies of his sons, Daniel Barbosa for the Chamber of Deputies and Lucas Barbosa for the Legislative Assembly of Alagoas.
