Luciano Camargo calls for prayers for André Mendonça during show

During a performance by the duo Zezé Di Camargo & Luciano in Blumenau, Santa Catarina, singer Luciano Camargo called on the audience to pray for Supreme Federal Court (STF) Minister André Mendonça.

Luciano expressed personal admiration for Mendonça, noting that the minister is a pastor at the same church he attends in São Paulo. He praised Mendonça for his courage in publicly maintaining his religious and political convictions, stating, “A man who is not afraid to put what he believes, what he believes, [forward].”

The request for prayers occurred during a show in the Vila Germânica area. The event also included political commentary from Zezé Di Camargo, who made indirect references to the political landscape of the state.
