Luciano Hang announces R$ 25 million bonus for Havan employees

Entrepreneur Luciano Hang has announced a special year-end bonus of R$ 25 million for Havan employees. The payout is intended for the company's 25,000 workers, with each employee receiving R$ 1,000.

This initiative marks the third year the retailer has issued such a reward to recognize employee dedication, meeting goals, and attendance. The 2026 bonus amount is double what was paid in the previous year, coinciding with the company's 40th anniversary.

As Havan celebrates four decades, the retailer is also expanding its footprint, approaching the milestone of 200 mega-stores across Brazil. This expansion includes a new unit in Boa Vista, Roraima, scheduled for inauguration on November 14.
