Luciano Huck celebrates son Benício's admission to Insper's engineering program

Luciano Huck announced on Instagram that his 18‑year‑old son Benício Huck was admitted to the Institute of Education and Research (Insper) in São Paulo to study Engineering of Production. The admission, confirmed on July 30, was celebrated with a photo of the family and the message “Parents proud! Congratulations, Beni! All the effort and dedication paid off.”

Insper’s monthly tuition for the program is R$ 8,300, amounting to roughly R$ 100,000 per year. Because the university has no campus in Rio de Janeiro, where the Huck family lives, Benício will relocate to the Vila Olímpia campus in São Paulo for his studies. The post also noted that the couple’s older son Joaquim, 21, studies Administration at New York University, and their younger daughter Eva is 13.

The story has been reported by several Brazilian outlets, all emphasizing the high cost of the private education and the family’s public celebration of the achievement.
