Luciano Pareschi appointed to Federturismo Confindustria board

Luciano Pareschi, president of AssoParchi and founder‑CEO of the Caribe Bay water park in Jesolo, has been appointed a member of the Council of Directors of Federturismo Confindustria for the 2026‑2028 term. The nomination, proposed by the federation’s new president Massimo Caputi, was approved unanimously by the Presidency Council.

The appointment marks the first time a representative of Italy’s permanent amusement‑park sector sits on the federation’s governing bodies. The sector attracts around 20 million visitors each year and is considered a key driver for extending tourism seasonality, generating employment, investment and enhancing the international appeal of Italian destinations. Pareschi said he will bring his parks‑industry experience to help shape policies and strategies for the development of Italian tourism.
