Lucid announces French pricing for Air sedan and Gravity SUV

American electric vehicle manufacturer Lucid has announced the French pricing for its Air sedan and Gravity SUV. The company is set to make its public debut in France at the Paris Motor Show from October 12 to 18.

The Lucid Air sedan features a range of models, including the Air Pure starting at €86,900 and the high-performance Air Sapphire. The Air Grand Touring offers a significant range of up to 960 km (WLTP) with 19-inch wheels.

The Gravity SUV lineup begins with the Touring model at €95,900, offering 545 km of range. Higher trims include the Grand Touring at €120,900, which provides 739 km of range, and the Grand Touring Ultimate at €148,900, which includes advanced driver assistance and luxury features.

Lucid aims to capture market share from competitors like Tesla, specifically targeting the segments previously occupied by the Model S and Model X. The entry-level Lucid models are positioned at a lower price point than the previous Tesla equivalents.
