Lucid Group rolls out Air UX 3.0 software update for Lucid Air

Lucid Group has begun rolling out Air UX 3.0, a major software update designed to provide a faster and more intuitive digital experience for Lucid Air owners. Inspired by the interface used in the Lucid Gravity, the update is delivered via an over-the-air software version 2.11.0.

Key features of the update include a redesigned Home screen with swipeable cards for media, calls, and destinations, as well as a new Quick Controls menu. The update also improves multitasking, enhances Apple CarPlay and Android Auto reliability, and offers smarter EV routing that allows users to tailor plans based on preferred charging networks and minimum arrival range.

While the update is available as a standard over-the-air update for model year 2025 and newer vehicles, older models require a hardware component. Owners of 2022, 2023, and certain 2024 model-year vehicles in the United States can access the new interface by purchasing a $950 infotainment processor upgrade, which includes installation.
