Lucie Bernardoni trial postponed to April 2027

The trial of Lucie Bernardoni at the Nanterre criminal court has been postponed to April 1, 2027. The hearing, originally scheduled for September 29, was delayed due to a strike by court clerks, which left the tribunal without essential personnel.

The legal proceedings stem from a complaint filed in November 2025 by Pedro Alves, the father of Bernardoni’s daughter, Lily. Alves accused Bernardoni of premeditated violence and alleged child neglect. Bernardoni was previously arrested and placed under judicial supervision following an interrogation by the Neuilly-sur-Seine police.

During the proceedings, the daughter’s lawyer stated that the teenager has been under pressure from her mother and her entourage. The adolescent has reportedly refused family therapy and expressed a desire to sever ties with her mother.
