Maulana Khalid Rashid Firangi Mahali, Chairman of the Islamic Center of India, has issued an advisory for the Muslim community in Lucknow ahead of Rabi-ul-Awwal and Eid-e-Milad-un-Nabi, which falls on August 26.
The advisory urges participants to take part in processions peacefully and strictly adhere to administrative guidelines. Key instructions include staying on designated routes, keeping banners and flags rolled until reaching the starting point, and avoiding provocative slogans that could hurt religious sentiments.
Maulana Firangi Mahali also appealed to youth to maintain discipline by avoiding motorcycle stunts and following traffic rules. He emphasized that the occasion should be celebrated with simplicity and prayer for the nation's peace, unity, and progress, while staying away from those spreading hatred.
