Lucknow Falcons secure third consecutive win in UP T20 League

The Lucknow Falcons secured their third consecutive victory in the UP T20 League with a six-wicket win over the defending champions, Kashi Rudras, at the Ekana Cricket Stadium.

Captain Bhuvneshwar Kumar led the bowling effort, taking 3 wickets for 20 runs during the powerplay to dismantle the Kashi top order. Abhinandan Singh supported the performance with figures of 3/16, helping restrict the Kashi Rudras to a total of 126 runs. Shubham Chaubey provided the highest resistance for the Rudras with 46 runs.

In the chase, Himanshu Singh anchored the Falcons' innings with an aggressive 64 runs off 41 balls. Despite losing early wickets, the Falcons successfully reached the target of 127. Bhuvneshwar Kumar was named Player of the Match for his opening spell.
