Lucknow police arrest two suspects in Dhirendra Pratap Singh murder case

Lucknow police have arrested two suspects in connection with the murder of Dhirendra Pratap Singh, the 45-year-old president of the Maharana Pratap Charitable Trust.

Investigations revealed that the victim's driver, Ravi Kishan, conspired in the crime. According to authorities, the suspects used a narcotic substance to render Singh unconscious while inside a moving vehicle before shooting him twice. The body was subsequently abandoned in a secluded area.

To evade detection, the suspects reportedly placed one of the victim's mobile phones on a train to create a misleading location trail. Preliminary findings suggest the murder was motivated by a land dispute. Police have recovered the vehicle used in the crime and are continuing to investigate other potential accomplices.
